Responsive Web Design

Ethan Marcotte氏の著作『Responsive Web Design』について。A Book Apartで買った本はこれで3冊目になるのかな？相変わらず程よい文章量で読みやすく、値段的にもこなれている感じ（買ったのはebook bundleで、もはやPaperback bundleには微塵も魅力を感じていない）。いつものごとくEPUB形式のをiBooksで読んだのだけど、なぜか図版が表示されず、でもマーカーを付けるがごとく選択をすると正常な表示に復帰する部分があり......それがiBooksのバグなのか、EPUBファイルのつくりの問題なのかは、よくわかりません。以下、印象的なフレーズを覚え書き：
